3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as tracking pixels) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand how visitors use the Site.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies — required for the Site to function (e.g., maintaining your session).

  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors interact with the Site.

  • Marketing/tracking pixels — used to measure ad performance and, in some cases, show you relevant ads on other sites.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

We share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business. These currently include:

  • Google Analytics — for website analytics. Google may collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

  • [PAYMENT PROCESSOR — e.g., Stripe, Square, PayPal] — to process payments. Your full payment card details are submitted directly to the processor and are not stored on our servers.

  • [EMAIL PROVIDER — e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit] — to send newsletters and manage email subscriptions.

  • [ADD ANY OTHER PROVIDERS — e.g., CRM, hosting, ad platforms]

These providers are only authorized to use your information to perform services for us and are required to protect it.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only:

  • With the service providers listed above

  • To comply with a law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process

  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets (you'll be notified if this happens)

6. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
